Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return from the day you received the item.
If you are entitled to a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request first being made will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (for example, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (for example, special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (for example, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about or issues with a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If goods are delivered in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, regardless of the above, without any specific reason required. Just like above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether the refund is approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears on your end.
