Shipping Policy

Terms of Purchase

1. General All prices are stated including 25% VAT. We reserve the right for final sale, incorrect prices, and any typographical errors. When you place an order, an automatic order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation is not considered a legally binding agreement.

2. Delivery For in-stock items, delivery occurs within 2–5 business days. If the item is in our external warehouse, delivery occurs within 3–7 business days. During peak season, it may take longer. Special order items have a delivery time of 1–4 weeks. The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page. We always contact customers who have ordered special items with an exact delivery notice. If there are deviations from normal delivery times or the information available on our website, you will be informed at the time of order confirmation. You then have the right to withdraw or change your order.

3. Ordering via the internet Add desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps on the website to complete your order. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us.

4. Price Changes Prices are subject to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Shipping Free shipping applies to orders over 1000 SEK. For orders under 1000 SEK, a shipping fee of 79 SEK will be added.

6. Payment Options We offer the following payment options:

  • Klarna Checkout: A safe and flexible payment method where you choose the payment option that suits you best.
  • Bank/Credit Card (VISA & MasterCard): Enter your card number and expiry date. All information is sent encrypted via SSL. We accept VISA and MasterCard without additional fees. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
  • Swish: Direct payment via Swish at checkout, only available in SEK.

7. Unclaimed Packages Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of 295 SEK.

8. Exchanges & Returns – Money Back Guarantee You have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days, provided that the item has not been used more than for size testing (when purchasing clothing). For return shipping labels, fill out the return form on our website. If the order value after the return is below 1000 SEK, a shipping fee of 79 SEK will be charged. For size exchanges, the return is free, but for refunds, we charge a return fee of 79 SEK per shipment.

9. Complaints If you discover a defective product, contact our customer service via email or chat. Include your order number, pictures of the defective item, and a description of the fault. Complaints must be made within two months of discovering the fault, and we apply a 2-year warranty period. We handle complaints in consultation with the product supplier, which may take some time.

10. Replacement Delivery If an item is sold out or has been discontinued, we usually offer a comparable product.

11. Transport Damage If you notice damage to the package upon pickup at DHL, report it immediately to the agent. If damage is discovered later, take the entire shipment including packaging back to DHL to fill out a damage report.

12. International Customers When ordering from abroad, card payment may be the only available payment method. Follow the instructions at checkout.

13. Bulky Items When purchasing tires, a fee of 95 SEK per order will be added, regardless of the number of tires.

14. The Distance Selling Act We follow the Consumer Agency's guidelines according to the Distance Selling Act.

15. Law and Disputes Disputes shall in the first instance Hand disputes are resolved in agreement with our customer service. If this is not possible, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN) or use the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution. We always follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes are resolved according to Swedish law.

16. Open purchase We offer a 14-day open purchase on all goods, provided they are in original condition and returned in original packaging.

Privacy Policy At Greg Moto AB, we care about your privacy. We never sell your personal data and only store the information required to manage your order, unless you have chosen to receive our newsletter. Greg Moto AB, org.nr: 559240-0518, is responsible for the collection of personal data. If you have questions about what data we store, or wish to be deleted from our system, please contact our customer service via store@gregmoto.se.

We process personal data to:

  • Fulfill our obligations to you as a customer (carry out purchases, manage warranties and complaints).
  • Manage customer relationships and provide services.
  • Prevent fraud.
  • Comply with applicable laws such as accounting laws.

Data stored includes name, address, phone number, email, payment details, and order history. Your data is retained as long as there is a need or as long as we are required by law.
