TERRA TR55 Pure Black top case for two modular helmets. At just 5.4 kg, it's the lightest aluminium case on the market. Designed and manufactured 100% in Barcelona. Its innovative design minimises the visual impact on the motorbike.TERRA Pure Black offers a matt black paint finish throughout the top case. The TERRA TR55 top case has won the ABC Awards because it has been designed with the fundamental aspects for use on adventure bikes in mind.
It features an aerodynamic, integrated structure made from hardenable aluminium alloy. This type of aluminium is only 1.2 mm thick, giving maximum strength with minimum weight. As with all aluminium cases in the TERRA range, it features the integrated TERRA Lock System (patent pending). This is an industrial-grade AISI 304 stainless steel structure that includes the locking system and integrated retractable handle. Designed for fast, one-handed use, it allows the user to open and close the case, as well as install and remove it in a matter of seconds. It also features AISI 304 stainless steel hinges.
The case's rubber seal protects the interior from the elements (water resistance). What's more, the foam bottom reduces displacement of the contents inside.
The keys and cylinder of the TR55 are SHAD's premium version, with a system that reduces the risk of theft and a cover that protects the cylinder from dust.
AISI 304 stainless steel external hooks make it possible to add an extra load.
A top master and mounting plate (not included) are required. There are three types of mounting plate: standard SHAD plate (D1B591PA), aluminium plate (D1BTRPA) or black aluminium plate (D1BTRPA2).
The barrels are easy to change: in less than 5 minutes, you can make the top case and side cases compatible for use with a single key. A third cylinder for the top case is included in the case on the right-hand side.
